UK & EU
All orders are shipped via Royal mail or carrier. Delivery is to the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Russia.

*Orders must be placed before 2pm, if placed after 2pm order will be shipped next working day. This is for mainland UK only and excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We are now able to offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand and Russia the rates are as follows:

Returns
Goods may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
Goods can be returned to us, in saleable condition (in original packaging), for a refund for the following reasons:
- If product is faulty.
- If the wrong item has been dispatched.
- If you have ordered the wrong colour or size. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Douthwaite & Co. Ltd will be deducted from the refund value.
- If you do not like the product that you ordered. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Douthwaite & Co. Ltd will be deducted from the refund value.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns process.
